This policy explains how Strong 8K reviews refund requests for subscription delivery, activation, and technical setup issues.
7 Day Technical Review Window
If activation fails or support cannot resolve a technical delivery issue, contact support within 7 days of payment with your order reference, account email, device, player app, and a clear description of the issue.
When Refunds May Be Reviewed
A refund may be reviewed when payment was confirmed but the subscription could not be delivered, activation details were invalid, or a technical issue prevents first use and support cannot provide a working resolution.
When Refunds May Be Declined
Refunds may be declined when account details were delivered and used successfully, the issue is caused by unsupported devices or apps, the request is outside the review window, or the customer violates lawful-use requirements.
