Terms of Service

These terms explain how Strong 8K subscriptions, renewals, reseller panels, payments, and support are handled.

Subscriptions

A subscription is created only after payment is confirmed by the gateway. Account details are sent by email and saved to the client dashboard.

Payment Currency

Plan values may be shown in USD for comparison. Secure checkout converts the payment total to the configured payment currency before payment is completed.

Renewals

Renewals use the selected package duration and the saved Xtream username and password. If a renewal cannot be provisioned automatically, support can review the order record.

Lawful Use

Strong 8K does not host or store video files. Customers are responsible for using compatible apps, devices, and subscriptions lawfully in their location.

Reviews and Public Claims

Strong 8K does not publish copied testimonials or unverifiable star ratings. Customer feedback must be connected to a real order or support interaction before it is considered for public use.
